Sound healing is a form of healing that utilizes different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit. It works on two principles: That everything including emotions has a vibration or frequency, and that blocked, or unexpressed emotions, are the main source of dis-ease.

To examine this closer, science has told us that everything is made of atoms. Atoms are made of sub atomic particles. These particles continually vibrate at certain frequencies depending on what those particles are creating or representing in the material world. A quantum particle is really a vibration that creates a particular manifestation in the material world. When it comes to emotions, things like anger, shame, grief and sadness have a low vibration and therefore cause dis-harmony or dis-ease in the body.

Many people don’t want to feel these uncomfortable emotions so they trap them (vibrations ) in the body to avoid feeling it. Sympathetic resonance is when the vibrations from one object produce the same vibrations in another. This is great news!
