Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to explore my practice.

It’s All About You…

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll explore the approaches that best support your unique needs—whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Our work is a collaboration, guided by your pace and your readiness, with the intention of bringing more balance, vitality, and peace into your life.

My Approach

I believe we are all inherently whole, though life experiences, lifestyle choices, beliefs, and diet can shift us out of balance. For over 28 years, I’ve been exploring the fields of health and healing, gathering a wide range of tools to help address the imbalances and traumas that come with being human. I don’t claim to “fix” you—rather, I walk beside you, offering support and guidance as you return to your natural state of balance and wholeness

My Studio

My studio is a serene, sacred space designed to help you relax, restore balance, and rejuvenate. You’ll rest on an Amethyst BioMat, known for its many health benefits, while I use only high-quality oils, lotions, and essential oils to support your wellbeing.

My Journey

I began my healing path at age 24 when I began to study Reiki, which soon led me to the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, where I built a strong foundation for a lifelong exploration of health and healing. After practicing privately and in esteemed settings such as Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA, my journey deepened when I accepted a position in the Healing Arts Department of Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.

During my ten transformative years there, I immersed myself in the mind-body-spirit connection, studying Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Shamanic traditions, and many forms of energy work. Those years were a gift—shaped not only by powerful teachings I received but also by the countless individuals from around the world who came to receive my work, heal and grow.

Though I have since left the Berkshires, my path of discovery and sharing continues to unfold with joy and gratitude.
