Restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit through Ayurvedic body treatments as well as diet and lifestyle education that has been passed down between generations for two millennia.
Massage is the art of working with the body through touch to release tension, restore healthy circulation, and support the natural flow of energy. It is both therapeutic—relieving stress and discomfort—and energetic, bringing balance and harmony to the whole self.
Energy work balances the body’s subtle energy systems, releasing blockages and restoring the natural flow of life force (chi). It supports healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, fostering clarity, vitality, and inner harmony.
One of the things I love most about the field of massage/healing is that the modalities are endless! None of these therapies quite fit into any the other categories… but all have their place!
“There is nothing more meaningful than holding space for the human experience—listening, supporting, and providing a safe container for transformation. It is the greatest gift of my work, and I feel truly blessed. Thank you, in advance, for showing up and allowing me to walk beside you on your journey.”

Using techniques such as Therapeutic Massage, PNF, Strain Counterstrain, and Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy, I support physical healing while honoring the deep connection between body, mind, and emotions
I offer a range of healing approaches to help you recover from difficult experiences, navigate life transitions, and align with the path and resonance you desire. A brief conversation before your session will help us determine what support best serves you in this moment.
True healing extends beyond our sessions. My intention is to empower you with simple, personalized practices and suggestions you can take with you—supporting your continued growth and wellbeing long after our time together.
